Refund policy

Brand New Items

We offer a 14-day return window, beginning the day you receive your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received (unused, unopened, and in its original packaging).

Return Shipping & Fees

  • 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund

How to Initiate a Return

Please request a return through our Contact Us page or email us at mobilevacuum@rogers.com before sending any items back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

 

Refurbished Items

All refurbished products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Refurbished items are covered under a manufacturer warranty, which is provided solely by the manufacturer.

 

Damages & Issues - Brand New Items

When your order arrives, please take a moment to check it over. If anything is damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, reach out to us right away so we can sort things out for you as quickly as possible.

  

Damages & Issues - Refurbished Items

Please note that refurbished machines may come with minor cosmetic damage that does not impact the function of the machine. Every machine has been certified by the manufacturer, and is warrantied by the manufacturer for customers in the country of Canada. If the item is defective, please contact the manufacturer with whom the warranty is with (i.e. Dyson, Miele, etc.), and they will resolve the issue.

 

Cancellations

Will only be accepted within 30 minutes of a purchase. Please use our Contact Us form or email us at mobilevacuum@rogers.com if you would like to request a cancellation.
