- Products marked as “Pre-Order” at the time of purchase may require an additional 1–2 weeks for fulfillment

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Address changes are not permitted once an order has been placed

If an address correction is required, the order must be cancelled and repurchased with the correct shipping details

Order cancellations are only accepted within 30 minutes of purchase. After this window, orders are processed for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled or modified
Once an order has shipped, we cannot authorize address changes, delivery holds, or rerouting requests.
If a package is redirected, held, or rerouted by the carrier at the request of the recipient or a third party without our authorization, the shipment is considered successfully delivered and we are not responsible for loss, delay, or misdelivery.

Shipping Concerns

Exceptions
We reserve the right to cancel orders when the shipping cost is excessively high (for example, to certain PO Boxes or remote locations). In these cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
